At Saundaryablis, we are committed to delivering high-quality cosmetic, haircare, and women wellness products. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we follow a strict return and refund policy.
Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns only in the following cases:
- The product delivered is damaged.
- The product received is incorrect (wrong item shipped).
- The product is defective or leaked during transit.
To be eligible for a return:
- The issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- An unboxing video and clear photos must be provided as proof.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Opened or used cosmetic products
- Skincare, haircare, or wellness products once unsealed
- Products purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
- Items returned without original packaging
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, customers must provide bank details for refund processing.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).
- Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

5. Allergic Reactions & Personal Sensitivity
We clearly list ingredients on our product packaging and website.
Saundaryablis is not responsible for:
- Allergic reactions
- Skin sensitivity
- Individual dissatisfaction due to personal preference
We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using any cosmetic or wellness product.
Refunds will not be issued for reactions caused by personal skin or health conditions.
6. Return Shipping
- If the return is approved due to damage or incorrect product, we will arrange reverse pickup or guide you accordingly.
- If the return is rejected after inspection, the product will be shipped back to the customer.
