What is the cost of shipping?
We charge a Convenience Fee, which includes:

(a) Platform Fee
A flat fee of ₹0 is applicable to all customers. This covers platform maintenance, onboarding of premium herbal brands, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

(b) Packaging & Delivery Fee

  • ₹40 for orders up to ₹499
  • Free delivery for orders above ₹499

(c) Additional Fee
Applicable to customers with higher return frequencies to help offset logistics and customer support costs. This fee may be waived if return frequency is reduced.

How long will it take for the order to reach me?
Please refer to the individual product page for estimated shipping and delivery times.

  • Typically delivered within 5–7 business days.

Note: If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. While we strive to meet estimated delivery timelines, some delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We’ll keep you updated in such cases.

What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
If your order hasn’t arrived by the expected delivery date, please contact us at saundaryablis@gmail.com, and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly.

Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you can track its status under the “My Orders” section on our website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to be updated.

Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges

What is your return policy?
Most of our products are eligible for return or replacement for domestic orders, except Made-to-Order items. Check the product page for its specific return/exchange eligibility.

To be eligible for return:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unopened, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Tags, seals, and original packaging must be intact

Note: International orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How do I return a product?
Once a return request is initiated:

  • Our courier partner will schedule a pickup within 3–5 business days.
  • After pickup, your refund process will be initiated.

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it via the “My Orders” section or by contacting us at saundaryablis@gmail.com.

Saundarya Blis reserves the right to cancel any order without prior notice. We may also verify orders before dispatch through a confirmation call or email.

How will I receive my refund?

  • For prepaid orders: Refund will be processed back to your original payment method (bank/card).
  • For COD orders: You will need to provide your bank details or UPI ID for the refund process.

When will I receive my refund?
Cancellations: Refunds are processed within 3 business days.

Returns: Refunds are processed after the product has been picked up and verified.

Can I return only part of my order?
Yes, if the product(s) are eligible for return, you may initiate a partial return within 7 days of delivery.

My product doesn’t suit me or doesn’t fit. What should I do?
If you need a replacement for a different size or the product isn’t suitable:

  • You may request a size exchange or support via the “My Orders” section or contact us at saundaryablis@gmail.com within 7 days.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, we’ll offer you the option to return the product.
