Return & Refund Policy – Saundarya Blis

At Saundarya Blis, your happiness with our products means everything to us. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, we’ve made our return process simple and stress-free.

Return Window

• You can return gently used or unopened products within 7 days of delivery.
• Currently, we do not offer exchanges.

Sets & Kits

• If you’re returning a set or kit, please send back all items in the set.
• Partial items or empty containers cannot be refunded.

How to Return

• Write the reason for return on your packing slip.
• Use the prepaid return label provided in your order package.
• Drop your package at any nearest courier partner location (details will be mentioned on your return label).

Refunds

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method for the product(s) and applicable taxes.
• If you paid with a gift card, your refund will be sent as a new digital gift card to your email.
• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

1. Only items purchased directly from Saundaryablis.com can be returned.
2. If you bought Saundarya Blis products through another authorized retailer, please contact them directly for returns or exchanges.
